A chartered accountant and entrepreneur with rich experience of 22 years in diverse fields – Finance & Accounting, Auditing (concurrent bank audits, statutory audits under Indian GAAP, IFRS & US GAAP) and Taxation (Domestic and International). He completed his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the prestigious Loyola College in Chennai, India in 1996. In the same year, he qualified as a Cost and Works Accountant and became a member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. In 1999, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He has worked for the BIG fours (Deloitte Touché & Tohmatsu, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and KPMG) and has extensive experience in the audit of large Indian and multinational companies including those in the manufacturing, software, services and infrastructure sector. He is also experienced in Oracle Financials and brings immense experience of Information Technology.

After a decade of working with the Big Four accounting firms, he ventured into his entrepreneurial journey in 2008 and cofounded AccSource in the same year. AccSource is a Business Process Outsourcing Company specialising in Operations, Compliance, Accounting and Administration business processes for small and medium businesses & accounting firms operating primarily in Australia and Ireland. The company has more than 125 employees. AccSource mission is to be the global leader and a preferred service provider of complete back and front office support to small and medium sized business regardless of industry and location.

As a Managing Director of AccSource KPO (India and Australia), he oversees the operations of AccSource and is primarily involved in strategy and business development, top management recruitment, handling client relationships and acquisitions, integrating various arms of the business, identifying and acquiring potential target firms and businesses and forging new partnerships and alliances.

A Chartered Accountant and an Entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in distinct arenas from Financial Statement Audits (Statutory audits/Group audits) under US GAAP & International Financial Reporting Standards to Consolidation of multiple subsidiaries, Corporate Governance compliance for companies in IT, ITES, Construction, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Communications including companies listed on NASDAQ, and also Non-Government Owned Entities with foreign multiple funding, ensuring the FCRA and other regulatory compliance.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Madras University, Pachaiyappas College, Chennai in the year 2004. The following year, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has been a Member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also holds a PGDBA(Finance) from Symbiosis,Pune.

Starting his journey as a chartered accountant, in one of the Big fours among accounting firms, KPMG, he has extensive experience in the audit of large Indian and multinational companies operating in a wide array of sectors, including those in the technology, software, services, manufacturing and infrastructure. It may also be noted that it is here, that he started to explore the natural ability of an Entrepreneur.

It has always been his inclination to bridge the gap between business and Information Technology. As an avid technology aficionado and his vivid interest in technology, he aims to sharpen his entrepreneurial skills with new and emerging technologies that help businesses perform better.

After commencing his career at KPMG, he ventured into his entrepreneurial journey and cofounded AccSource in 2008. AccSource is a Business Process Outsourcing Company specialising in Operations, Compliance, Accounting and Administration business processes for small and medium businesses & accounting firms operating primarily in Australia and Ireland. Accsource is over 125 employees strong today. As a Director of AccSource, he is also the drive train that runs the day to day operations of the well syced work force.
